I put a shoe upon my foot,
What did it give back to me?
A cushiony cushion of sweet support,
And it cares about my knee.
I put a hat upon my head,
What was it doing there?
It kept my ears all warmy warm,
And the snow stayed off of my hair.
I put some pants on my two legs,
I think I would rather have not,
I forgot I was already wearing a pair,
And now Im just really hot.
I hold my bag clutched in my hand,
What do I do for it?
I fill it up with fun fun things,
And hold it tight when I sit.
We help eachother every silly day,
So we may learn to share,
We trade our thoughts and our needs,
We learn to love and care.
